Outrides on Walshacres Farm

The farm is situated on the R43, 20km from the centre of Hermanus and 3km outside of Stanford.

On offer are 1 and 2 hour rides and a 3.5 hour beach ride.

Prices;

1 hour trail	= R200pp
2 hour trail	= R300pp
Beach ride	= R400pp

1 Hour Trail

Suitable for all skill levels. Ride follows the Kleinriver and returns through the natural fynbos and wetland systems of the area.

2 Hour Trail

follows the same route as 1 hour above and then climbs up onto the mountain slopes of the Kleinriviers Mountains. Magnificent views of the lagoon and stanford valley.

Trail is suitable for all skill levels and includes trotting and cantering for those who wish.

Beach Trail

Beach trail routes from Stanford down to the Walker Bay Nature Reserve. Gentle riding through the dune fynbos brings us to the beach where we then enjoy gallops for those who wish or gentle cantering next to the waves.

The trail is a 20km round trip, so definitely only for those with some experience and a desire to spend time in the saddle.

Outrides at Farm215

Farm215 is a private fynbos reserve situated in the Koudeberg mountain range between Gansbaai/De Kelders and Baardskeerdersbos. This pristine 800 hectare reserve offers luxurious accomodation and magnificent sea and mountain views.
( Please visit linked website for detailed info) Trails can be arranged for 2, 3 or 4 hours. Riding includes mountain top canters as well as traversing the valleys and streams that abound on the land.

This trail is a mountain and floral experience ( Please see linked fynbos website) Farm215 is also a base for the 2,3 and 5 day trails, reaching further towards and into the Agulhas National Park via the unspoilt coastline of the Agulhas Plains to CapeAgulhas. African Horse Company is based on the reserve and offers a range of trails for experienced and beginner riders.
